Welcome to Oh My Gourd. By using our website and ordering our porch pumpkin decorating services, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

Services Provided: We offer doorstep delivery and onsite design services for seasonal porch pumpkin displays. All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel services at any time.

Payments and Refunds: Payments are due at the time of ordering. We accept cash, card, and Venmo. Refunds are only issued for non-delivery on the part of Oh My Gourd. No refunds will be provided after installation.

Delivery and Service Timing: While we strive for timely delivery and installation, specific dates and times cannot be fully guaranteed due to external factors (weather, traffic, holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our control.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure a clear, safe workspace for our decorators. We are not liable for any damage to property that results from undisclosed hazards or unsafe conditions on site.

IP: All pumpkin designs, displays, photos, and related branding are the intellectual property of Oh My Gourd and may not be reproduced or resold without written consent.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before scheduled installation for a full refund. Orders canceled within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Liability and Indemnification: Oh My Gourd is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, such as those resulting from improper handling, use, or storage of delivered pumpkins after installation. Clients agree to indemnify and hold our business harmless from any claims arising from service use or breach of these terms.

Amendments: We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saratoga County, NY.
